Payment Terms All pricing, payment methods, and payment schedules are agreed upon individually with each client through direct communication (WhatsApp or Email) before a project starts. We do not process payments through this website.
Project Delivery Delivery timelines are communicated and agreed upon with each client based on project scope. We aim to deliver quality work within the agreed timeframe.
Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate information, necessary access/credentials, and timely feedback required to complete the project
Intellectual Property Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work (website, designs, etc.) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed
Limitation of Liability Codixa Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of delivered services, including but not limited to business losses due to third-party platform changes (e.g., Shopify, Meta, hosting providers).
